In the event that you would like to return or exchange your purchase, please contact us via email within 14 business days of receiving your order. All returned items must be as new; i.e. tagged, unwashed, unworn, and with all original packaging intact. Footwear must be returned in their original box, inside another solid box for postage. Returned items that do not meet this criteria will be returned to you at your own cost.

Should there not be a suitable exchange for your purchase, we also offer store credit to the same value of the item being returned, excluding shipping costs. Please note; we do not offer refunds.
If the item you have purchased is new, tagged, unwashed, and unworn, but deemed faulty, please contact us immediately. Each item is dealt with case by case, and if a replacement is not possible, a refund will be available.
The Swaves is not liable for packages that are lost or damaged in transit.
Order Cancellations
All orders placed with The Swaves are deemed final upon payment.
We cannot cancel and refund orders that are requested beyond this timeframe.
Please note, after you have placed an order, a receipt is automatically mailed to you confirming the purchase intent. This receipt does not constitute a contract, and The Swavess reserves the right to cancel an order at any time due to insufficient stock, inability to authorise a credit card, suspicion of fraudulent activity, or any unforeseen reason or circumstance, as we see fit.
In the event, that one of the above has taken place, and your nominated credit card has been charged, your order will be subsequently canceled and a refund will be organised.
