Order Cancellations: All orders placed with The Swaves are deemed final upon payment. We cannot cancel and refund orders. Please note, after you have placed an order, a receipt is automatically mailed to you confirming the purchase intent. This receipt does not constitute a contract, and The Swaves reserves the right to cancel an order at any time due to insufficient stock, inability to authorise a credit card, suspicion of fraudulent activity, or any unforeseen reason or circumstance, as we see fit. In the event, that one of the above has taken place, and your nominated credit card has been charged,  your order will be subsequently canceled and a refund will be organised.

Sizing: All sizes listed on our site are men's sizes unless otherwise stated. 

Pricing: All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). The prices listed on the website do not include delivery charges. Delivery prices will be automatically calculated in the checkout process based on the delivery option and location you require the item to be shipped.

Payment Methods - Credit and Debit Cards: We accept credit card payments via Visa, Mastercard & American Express. All information is encrypted using SSL encryption, which prevents unauthorised access to card details. You will be asked for your card number, its period of validity and the CVN.

Payment Methods - PayPal - PayPal allows secure payment with your Paypal account or credit card. You will be redirected to Paypal to finalise your order. Once your order is completed, you will be automatically redirected to theswaves.com. Please allow your payment screen time to finish loading or your order may not process correctly.

Payment Methods - Afterpay - Afterpay allows customers the facility to buy now and pay later without requiring traditional credit, upfront fees or interest. Afterpay allows you to pay for your purchase over four equal instalments, due every two weeks. If you make repayments on time, you’ll only ever pay the price of the item you’ve purchased.
